A different type of prize - Mars Rover
Aug. 5th, 2012 07:13 pmIf you're interested in watching the NASA simulation of the Mars Rover Curiosity landing, NASA has a cool program online for just that purpose. It includes constant updating of distance, altitude, and various links to live landing information.
For those of us in the eastern US, landing is scheduled around 1:30 a.m. (The rest of you can do your math.)

Oh, and here's the link to NASA TV for the live landing. Coverage starts at 11:30 p.m. Eastern.
