Hereeeeee comes autumn!
Sep. 13th, 2012 12:36 amFor the last couple of days, we've had a taste of cooler, drier weather, with brisk evenings and no humidity. If the National Weather Service is accurate, Friday will bring some rain...and then non-humid temps next week in the low 70s°F/~21-22°C.
This is why I moved to New England 28 years ago. Not for the disgusting humidity that can hit us in the summer...nor for the wintery piles of snow plowed over my head...and nor for the three days of spring.
Autumn in New England.
That's magic time, baby.
Apples to pick. Sweaters to wear. A blustery day with leaves blowing. Trees wearing scarlet and lemony glad rags.
Oh, yeah.
Come visit. :-) You might just stay...28 years or longer...
