New Yorkers pride themselves on being unflappable. But watch them flap as Improv Everywhere seeds Central Park with 8 sets of identical quadruplets. *snicker*

Edit: Ah, but the joke's on me. No quads - this was Improv Everywhere's April Fool's joke! LOL! And brilliant editing! (This is what happens when you ignore all of the little bits and bobs that appear on the screen because you fuzz out advertising messages...)
